Joining the Virginia Boys of Leather is an invitation to grow in service, deepen connection, and strengthen community. Our members embody the values of service, collaboration, and inclusion, principles that guide how we show up for one another and for the broader Leather, kink, and LGBTQIA+ communities across Virginia.

Within VAboL, members learn and lead together. We value mentorship, accountability, and shared growth as we build meaningful relationships grounded in respect and authenticity. Each boy contributes in their own way, whether through volunteering, event participation, education, or simply showing up with integrity and heart.

Collaboration is central to who we are. We seek to partner with other Leather and kink clubs, support charitable causes, and help create spaces where everyone feels seen and valued. In doing so, our network of boys becomes a source of strength, joy, and solidarity that extends beyond the walls of the Club.

Membership in VAboL is not defined by titles or appearances but by commitment to our shared purpose. On this page, you will find our Bylaws and Code of Conduct, which outline how we uphold these values and continue the proud tradition of service, collaboration, and inclusion that defines who we are.

Bylaws

Our bylaws define the structure, roles, and responsibilities of the Virginia Boys of Leather. They ensure transparency, accountability, and continuity in how we operate as a Club and community.
